Castlemere is a walled city sitting on the edge of the Dominion Forest located at the mouth of the Calim River where the river meets the Shining Sea. Ruled and protected by the Crimson Empress Narri Castlereagh, A powerful Archmage who rules from her citadel on a hill in the center of the city along with the Vermilion Guard her personal legion that guards and policies the city.
